The Apex Main Pressure Cylinder Valve Set (CP20C) is a complete valve kit designed for installing high (mains) pressure hot water systems, bringing together all the essential valve components needed for a compliant, reliable installation in one convenient pack.

The set includes a Pressure Limiting Stop Valve (LSV20500), featuring an isolating valve, stainless steel filter (250 micron), and DR brass body, set to 500kPa with a high flow rate of up to 74 litres/minute. Also included is a Cold Water Expansion Valve with Optional Cap (EVT700), set to 700kPa, featuring a flushing handle to clear away debris, a corrosion-free valve seat, fail-safe over-pressure protection, and a maximum temperature rating of 99°C — its inlet branch also incorporates a labelled non-return function, and it can double as a cylinder drain when the flushing handle is activated.

The kit also includes a 20mm Tempering Valve (TV20), a thermostatically controlled safety valve that reduces the risk of scalding. Factory set at 53°C, it's adjustable between 35°C and 60°C, rated for a maximum static supply pressure of 1400kPa and maximum dynamic supply pressure of 500kPa, with 20mm male / ¾" BSP connections and hot and cold check valves for ring main installations. Finally, the pack includes 1 x 20mm MF Ball Valve for isolation.
