Important Pick-Up Notice for Gutter Orders

Due to the high demand and fast turnover of our gutter products, all Click & Collect / Pick-Up orders must be collected within 7 days of purchase.

Unfortunately, we are unable to hold gutter stock beyond this period as storage space is limited and inventory is allocated to customer orders on a first-come, first-served basis.

Orders not collected within 7 days will be automatically cancelled and refunded, less a 20% restocking fee.

This policy is strictly enforced without exception. Our staff are not authorised to extend collection timeframes, waive restocking fees, or make exceptions to this policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to collect your gutter products within the 7-day collection period and accept that a 20% restocking fee will apply if your order is not collected within the required timeframe.

Gutters & Spouting – Delivery Information

Due to the oversized length and freight handling requirements of gutters and spouting products, these items are currently available for pick-up only unless freight has been arranged and confirmed with our team prior to dispatch.

If you require delivery, please email us at sales@nzpipe.co.nz for a freight forwarding quote.

To help us provide the most accurate shipping quote possible, please either:

• Add all required items to your cart and email us a screenshot of your cart, or
• Email us a full list including:
  • Exact product names
  • Product codes/SKUs
  • Quantities required

All freight quotes must be:

• Confirmed by the customer
• Paid in full prior to dispatch

Orders requiring freight will only be shipped once freight charges have been confirmed and payment has been received.

Because gutter and spouting products are long and bulky items, freight pricing can vary significantly depending on:

• Delivery location
• Order size
• Residential or commercial address access
• Freight carrier availability
