[LDP1003] Hansen Reducing Bush

The Hansen Reducing Bush is a threaded fitting designed to reduce the size of a female threaded outlet, allowing connection to a smaller male threaded fitting. Featuring a male thread on the outside to screw into a larger female port, and a female thread on the inside to accept the smaller fitting, it provides a compact, reliable reducing solution.

Constructed from high quality glass fibre reinforced nylon, this fitting offers excellent resistance to weather, termites, fungi, and bacteria, making it a durable, non-degrading alternative to galvanised metal fittings. It features precision heavy duty tapered threads for a strong, reliable seal.

Approved for use with potable (drinking) water, and suitable for use above or below ground across varying operating pressures and temperatures. Common applications include horticultural, agricultural, irrigation, marine, and general plumbing use. Note: Hansen does not recommend use of this fitting under driveways, paths, or foundations.
