[PPF1009] PVC Pressure End Cap
PVC Pressure End Cap
The PVC Pressure End Cap is a solvent-weld fitting designed to permanently seal off the end of a PVC pressure pipe, making it ideal for capping off unused lines, finishing off pipework, or pressure testing a system before it's put into service.
Made from PVC-U, this end cap forms a permanent, watertight seal using standard PVC solvent cement, providing a clean, secure termination point while maintaining full system pressure. It's suitable for the conveyance of potable water, sewer mains, agricultural irrigation, and industrial effluent applications, with a maximum operating temperature of 60°C.
Available in 15mm, 25mm, 32mm, 40mm, and 50mm sizes, this end cap carries a maximum allowable working pressure of 1800kPa (PN18) across this size range. Manufactured to comply with Australian and New Zealand Standard AS/NZS 1477, and Watermark certified, this fitting is designed for dependable, long-term performance in pressure pipe applications.
Important: PVC pressure fittings are not compatible with drainage, stormwater, or drain, waste and vent (DWV) pipe systems.
