[SAA1009] Aqualine CP Red Cleaner Primer

The Aqualine CP Red Cleaner Primer is specially formulated to clean and prime PVC pipes and fittings, removing dirt, grease, and surface contaminants to ensure maximum adhesion. Priming is an essential step before applying PVC pipe cement, helping to guarantee a strong, watertight bond.

Its fast-drying formula leaves a visible red tint, making it easy to confirm the surfaces have been correctly primed before cementing. To use, cut the pipe end square and remove all burrs, test for a dry fit, then moisten a clean cloth with the primer and thoroughly clean the pipe end and the inside of the socket. Allow the primed surfaces to dry before applying pipe cement.

This primer meets AS/NZS 3879 requirements for PVC pipe jointing compounds, is approved to AS/NZS 4020 for contact with drinking water, and is Watermark certified for compliance in New Zealand.
