The SimpleFix Type 17 Wood Tek Screw 12 x 35mm C4 Neo features a Type 17 auger-point tip, designed to cut its own path into timber without the need for a pilot hole, making it ideal for fixing metal or thin materials directly to a timber substrate.

Fitted with a Neo (EPDM) sealing washer, this screw creates a weatherproof, leak-resistant seal at the fixing point, making it well suited to roofing and cladding applications where moisture ingress needs to be prevented. The C4 coating provides enhanced corrosion resistance for long-term outdoor performance. Please note that on this size (and larger), the thread does not extend all the way to the top of the screw.
